By the end of this workshop, delegates will be able to:

  • Understand the factors that impact performance, physical and mental health
  • Appreciate both personal and management responsibilities in maintaining health and well-being
  • Be aware of what great managers do to drive optimal health and well-being for themselves and their teams
  • Be aware of how to identify health and well-being related issues, and practical techniques for mitigation
  • Be aware of the various resources available to support managers and teams
  • Complete a set of personal post-workshop objectives to put into action

 

Delivered as:

One x90 minute delivery (without activities) or

One x3 hour online workshop or

Half-day face-to-face classroom delivery

About this course

This workshop provides an overview of your role as manager in understanding the factors that can affect performance, how to identify potential issues and provide practical techniques to mitigate. We will also raise awareness of the resources and tools available to managers in supporting their teams. 

 

Role model managers are key to shaping culture, influencing our people and teams to do things in the right way. 

 

Our approach to developing a deeper understanding and appreciation of the impact, implications and benefits of health and wellbeing in the workplace has been informed by feedback from across the business as well as external research from other organisations.
