About this course

This one-day course will introduce the concept of coaching in a workplace setting.  Please note that this is a very different approach to sports coaching for example.

Each delegate is encouraged to bring a ‘live’ coaching objective with them in order to practice for a ‘real life’ coaching conversation.  This objective can be work-related or personal.

This inclusive workshop creates an area of safety where delegates are free to share their coaching objectives with their coach whilst safe in the knowledge that confidentiality is secure.

Please note: The maximum course loading for this workshop is 12 people.
